Any item purchased can be customised to your own specifications. If you like the tutus, but want a different colour, or you want a bag in a different pattern or style you only have to ask! Dresses are handmade from scratch to suit your specifications. You design it, I make it.
When ordering a dress, you must supply your UK clothes size, and shoulder-to-hem measurement, in either centimetres or inches. If you live in or around Chester, we would prefer to give you a fitting, to ensure the dress fits perfectly.
Shipping
We ship items anywhere in the UK, at a flat rate of £3.00 for orders over £10, and £2.00 for all orders under. We can also ship outside of the UK, but postage costs will vary.
If there is any reason for a delay with your items (i.e we are out of stock temporarily) you will be notified. Please be aware that made to measure items will take up to a week to be made, and so delivery times will be longer.
Don't forget, if you live in the Chester area, to come down to Chester Market every friday and saturday to see the Fairypants stall!
